Job Summary

The Billing Senior Analyst leads large, complex global and regional customer billings and works independently while coordinating work with global peers

Responsibilities

Operations

• Monitors and ensures that the monthly billing is complete and accurate
• Processes billing adjustments (Inclusive of Credit Notes) timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place
• Coordinates monthly invoice run
• Assists in month end close related tasks
• Be the lead for Digital Services Billing
• Be the primary cash applications person
• Be the back up for Digital Services Credit and Collections

Project Management

• Lead small digital services projects for Billing/ C&C functions
• Participates on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
• Researches and provides backup for external audit requests

Customer Support

• Works closely with cross functional organizations to respond to customer inquiries to investigate and resolve potential customer billing issues
• Resolves and tracks billing issues as they arise working with the upstream teams to fix root cause problems (e.g. SLA credits, install date discrepancies)
• Acts as First Line Support for approval requests and deal inquiries

Qualifications

• Worked in Finance with Recurring Billing in the tech industry
• Proven Billing experience in a shared service organization
• Worked with global or multi-national companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Works with cross functional regional teams to improve sub processes in the end to end order to cash process
• Familiar with Slack and Zoho application is a plus
